It starts on Sunday with your Body MOT and runs to Thursday, with activities ranging from Zumba, runs and obstacle courses in the Forest followed by relaxing deep tissue massages, hydro therapy and mud treatments.....and of course your Boot Camp food is healthy but not boring!
