Ben Affleck looked dapper in a black fitted suit and remained humble as he claimed that he was absolutely ‘honoured to have a film in the London Film Festival’ and he ‘dreamt about having a film premiere in London since he was child.’
Even with it’s comedic aspects, Argo, was a brilliant thriller focusing on the true story of a CIA infiltration agent in Iran, and reconfirms Ben Affleck’s position in Hollywood as a very capable director. Guests who attended the screening were clearly very impressed with the film, and had even cheered and clapped mid film.

Ray Winstone looked ever much the slick East-ender in a pristine all-white tailored suit and headed straight for the bar to enjoy a well-deserved drink after the premiere. Jaime looked gorgeous as ever in an understated glamorous little black dress with her pixie crop looking uber chic and feminine as she attended the after-party to support her dad. Lois Winstone, not typically seen out on the town as much as her sister, kept with her sister's colour scheme wearing a long black gown.

Ben Drew (Plan B) and Ray Winstone's close-knit on-screen relationship clearly over spilled into real life as they were seen getting on like a house on fire and hugging each other after their successful premiere. Could the on-screen almost 'father-son' relationship be transferred to reality as Jaime Winstone and Ben Drew were pictured looking very friendly; would Ray approve of Ben Drew as a son-in-law if ever the time came we wonder.
Leading lady of the film Hayley Atwell looked stunning in Emilio Pucci and was spotted laughing and chatting with the cast and other guests at the party.

Paul Anderson, the nasty crook in the film, said that although in his last few roles it seems like he is always playing the bad guy, in his new film 'Passion' he is in fact the victim and falls for the charms of a woman, played by Rachel McAdams.
Damien Lewis took it easy throughout the night, enjoying a bit of well-deserved relaxation and chatted quietly to fellow guests for much of the evening.
Guests and the cast enjoyed sipping delicious 'Ciroc Squad' cocktails and ate yummy mini-burger sliders, smoked salmon blinis and chargrilled chicken kebabs.
