To mark the World AIDS Day on 1 December 2012, long-time supporters Balans restaurants and bars are once again fundraising to benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Their master mixologists have created the delicious Red Ribbon cocktail - an intoxicating medley that combines a splash of Chase vodka (the world's first super premium English potato vodka) with fresh raspberry puree, vanilla syrup and a side shot of champagne.
The cocktail will be available from Monday 19 November until Sunday 2 December in all of the group's seven restaurants (conveniently located in Soho, Earl's Court, Kensington, Westfield London, Westfield Stratford City and Bluewater).
