During the cocktail reception preceding dinner, we will be pleased to welcome Alain Ducasse, the three-star chef whose Louis XV restaurant is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The opportunity will be there for us to ask him about his career, his philosophy of cooking essentials and future projects. Franck Cerutti, Chief Executive of Louis XV and the kitchens of the Hôtel de Paris, will offer a tasting dinner around a selection of fine wines from the Rhone Valley Domaine E.Guigal, commented on by Philippe Guigal and Eve themselves.
