Raymond Blanc cookery school



Adam Johnson and Ankush Bhasin, Raymond Blanc’s development chefs are joining forces to create a new cookery course at Le Manoir – under the watchful eye of Raymond Blanc.
Fans of BBC 2’s Kitchen Secrets and The Very Hungry Frenchman, will be familiar with the two protégés, who along with chef-patron Blanc, created mouth watering dishes in the Manoir kitchens as well as in Blanc’s native France.

The new course which begins in November 2012 will give guests the unique chance to learn how to make some of the dynamic duo’s best dishes including Chicken Morels, Kirsch Baba and an all time favourite - Comte Cheese Soufflé.

Dates for the Adam and Kush cookery course are 13th November, 5th and 12th December.  The course will also run in 2013 on selected dates.

Exclusive cookery school & wine tasting with Raymond Blanc




Le Manoir has created a wine tasting evening with a cookery school/dinner celebration.  It is available 7 days a week the  journey commences at 6pm for the hour wine tasting in their cellars, followed by the evening in The Raymond Blanc Cookery School. For a maximum of 8 guests, this is priced at £2,000 on Sunday to Thursday evenings inclusive and priced at £3,000 on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Guests will be shown to Le Manoir’s wine cellars for private tastings with one of their Sommeliers, where they will taste selected wines whilst learning the skills from a member of the team.  Following their tasting they will make their way into The Raymond Blanc Cookery School for a Champagne and canapé welcome where they will meet the tutor for the evening.  As they take their seats, they will embark upon a culinary journey of cookery demonstrations, hands on tuition and enjoyment of their four course dinner with accompanying selected wines.
